Apparently, it's good for your phone battery to charge it only up to about 80%. There's a setting for it. It worked, for a while.
Then it stopped working. Then it started working again. Then it stopped working.
Personally, I suspect some code looks like if charge == 0.8... when it should instead look like if charge >= 0.8 ...
